Please note that the fees quoted do not include:

Home Office fees or the Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS). These are paid directly to the Home Office as part of your application. You can find the most up-to-date list of Home Office fees on their official website.

Additional expenses, where applicable, such as medical or expert reports, and barrister fees.
We will let you know at the earliest opportunity and before any such fees are incurred by yourself, if any of these are applicable.
Fees

Immigration appeals to First Tier Tribunal (lodging grounds, preparing the case including advocacy) - £2000 to £4000.

Immigration Appeals to the Upper Tribunal (lodging grounds of appeal, preparing the case and including advocacy) – £1500 to £4000.

Application for Indefinite Leave to Remain in the UK – £1000 to £1500

Applications under Private Life route (20 years long residence, 7 years continuous residence by a child, including discretionary leave etc) – £1,200 to £1500

Application for naturalisation – £1,200 to £1,500

Application for fee waiver - £500 to £1000

Application for leave to remain in the UK as family members of a person present and settled in the UK – £1,500 to £2,000

EUSS Family Permit (residence card as a family member of EEA national, retaining rights of residence as a family member after divorce or death, derivative residence card as a primary career, residence card as extended family members, registration certificate as an EEA, permanent residence as an EEA national) – £1,000 to £1,500

Extension of leave to remain in the UK (on all categories) – £1,200 to £1,500

Application for UK Work (Skilled Worker) and Temporary work visas – £2,500 to £3,500

Application for HealthCare Worker Visas from Abroad - £1,500 to £2,000

UK Business Sponsorship licence application for Employers - £4,000 to £5,000

Application for Global Talent from abroad or In country Switching to Global Talent - £2,000 - £3,500

Others category: hourly rate will apply billed at £250 - £350 per hour.

In respect of advocacy fees, this will be a disbursement in your case and will be agreed with the barrister before we instruct one on your behalf.

Preparing and completing the necessary application or appeal forms

Drafting detailed legal representations to support your case

Submitting your application, supporting documents, and representations to the Home Office

Following up with the Home Office to request timely progress on your case

Representing you at tribunal hearings or appeals (where included in your service level)

Managing all communication with the Home Office and any relevant agencies until a written decision is issued
Please note: We do not offer refunds if you decide to withdraw your instructions. Additionally, our fees do not include Home Office charges or appeal fees, which must be paid directly by the client. These vary depending on the type of application.
Estimated Processing Times

Time Estimate
​
It is difficult to estimate how long it will take the Home Office to decide your matter. This will depend on the scope of the case and Home Office caseworker dealing with the application. However, we can only give a rough estimate that most straightforward cases can takes between 6 to 12 months for the Home Office to make a decision. Complicated cases can take between 12 to 24 months for the Home Office to reach a decision.
